Process of Manufacturing of Vending Machines


The manufacturing of vending machines takes place on several automated running assembly lines for designing different components simultaneously.
  • The cabinet is designed from galvanized steel coil. 
  • When the assembly line starts, the steel is passed through the modern automated presses to flatten, cut, punch and notch the sheets. 
  • Holes in the cabinet are designed for bolts, electrical wires, fasteners as well as other openings. 
  • Moreover, corners and edges are also notched to easily carry out the accommodation of components. 
  • The seams are secured employing the process of spot welding. 
  • The cabinet is linked to an overhead conveyor with nozzles mounted on both of its sides. It is thoroughly sprayed with alkaline wash for removing heavy surface soil. 
In addition, a second alkaline bath is carried out to clean the surface. Then, it is coated with zinc phosphate and chromic acid. The complete surface is properly rinsed with deionized (DI) water and put into the drying oven for 30 minutes in temperature up to 400°F. Then, the cabinet is finished from powder finishing method and painted in various colors using acrylic powder coating and baking into place.
  • The tank of the machine is designed using galvanized steel after cutting from rolls and punching openings for feeder stacks, motors, bolts, etc. The corners are notched to make the tank fit inside the cabinet securely. After properly finishing the tank, it is fixed to the correct cabinet. The guns are designed with acrylic powder in a uniform thick layer on the cabinet.
  • Finished cabinets and tanks are joined for the process of foaming and tank is fitted into the cabinet by reaching the appropriate temperature and blowing the insulation between the tank and the cabinet. The foam is solidified to add stability to the cabinet and tank.
  • The resin additives are used to develop the structure of foam insulation and can feeder stack columns are placed inside the cabinet. These columns are designed from steel forming, notching, and welding.

The final stage of production includes the installation of selection buttons, LCD displays, signs, control panels, and lighting. Selection buttons are wired and connected to the motors and lighting fixtures are bolted into the power supply. This meticulous manufacturing process ensures the production of durable, high-tech and productive machine that provides fresh and delicious tea and coffee.
